Yield: 3 Servings

1pk(4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lemon Flavor Sugar- Free Gela
1/4tsSalt
1cBoiling water
1/4tsDried tarragon leaves, crushed (optional)
3/4cCold water
1tbLemon juice
1cFinely chopped cooked turkey breast
1/2cSeedless grapes, halved
1/2cFinely chopped celery

Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water; stir in tarragon. Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Spoon into 3 individual plastic containers (for brown bagging) or serving dishes. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 3 cups or 3 entree servings.
